Become a partner pharmacy

How does this work?

Just like over 180 pharmacies, become a partner pharmacy and you will be able to carry out tests/examinations prescribed by doctors that will be reimbursed by LAMal.

In the event of a telemedicine consultation, the patient who wishes to benefit from an immediate consultation connects to the Soignez-moi.ch site. They complete an online questionnaire about their symptoms. Soignez-moi.ch immediately confirms whether it is possible to deal with their case or whether an appointment with their doctor or a visit to the emergency room is necessary.

In the case of immediate care:

1. The patient receives, within an hour, a diagnosis and, if necessary, a prescription for medication and/or additional tests or measures.

2. These will be prepared and delivered by the pharmacy of their choice.

3. With their agreement, a report is sent to their doctor to ensure monitoring of the treatment.

What interest for pharmacies?

The doctors of Soignez-moi.ch send electronic prescriptions signed by HIN Sign which can be checked through our prescription control system: https://verify.soignez-moi.ch/. Partner pharmacies in the network can carry out complementary examinations and tests (blood pressure measurement, blood glucose level, biological measurements, etc.).

Patients will primarily be referred to partner pharmacies that wish to provide these complementary services. Subsequently, and in many cases, they may benefit from the additional provision of medication.

And for invoicing?

A unique fee of CHF 59

  • Invoiced to the patient by Soignez-moi.ch
  • Reimbursed by all basic health insurance

The patient is charged only in case of care.
The fee is excluding prescribed medications and tests performed in the pharmacy.
