How to consult a doctor online?

1. Select the symptom that bothers you the most

Pains can be multiple and diffuse. If this is your case, don't worry, choose one of the questionnaires; they are designed to give you the opportunity to describe all your symptoms.

2. Answer the questions calmly

During the questionnaire, there are no right or wrong answers. Respond with what best matches your symptoms.

3. Enter your contact details so that a doctor can call you quickly

To provide you with a reimbursement certificate for your basic health insurance, we also need your address and insurance card number.

4. Wait for our doctor’s call

The doctor will call you by phone or video call promptly.

If you are not available right away, you can specify a time for the doctor to call you back.

5. Go to the pharmacy and access your account

Following the consultation, the doctor will send your prescription to the pharmacy of your choice, if necessary.

You can find your consultation report in your personal space at any time.
