Below you will find some explanations regarding our attractive rates.
Our maximum invoice of CHF 59 includes all the necessary interactions for your consultation.
It includes any exchanges between the doctor and the pharmacist, the report given to you (and possibly to your GP), processing of the follow-up questionnaire, and all responses to your queries regarding your care.
For a simple referral or prescription renewal (without consultation), the rate is CHF 39.

Reimbursement by your health insurance
Below you will find some explanations regarding the coverage of our services by basic health insurance (LAMal, AOS)
If you have chosen the billing option, once the consultation is complete, an invoice for CHF 59 will be sent directly to your basic health insurance (LAMal), if your insurance permits (third-party payer).
We also offer direct payment by credit card or Twint. In this case, 7 days after the case is closed, we will send you a receipt of our invoice which you can then submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
Additional examinations/measures and medications provided or conducted at the pharmacy are not included in the CHF 59. However, they will also be reimbursed by your basic health insurance.
Regardless of the insurance model chosen by the policyholder, whether it is the family doctor model, the care network, the HMO model or another insurance model, the coverage of the consultation fees of CHF 59 is guaranteed.
Note that insurance models that involve an obligation to call a call centre (for example TelMed, CallMed, SanaTel, etc.) are covered in case of emergency.
