    The consultation will not be charged if the doctor decides they cannot take on your case when they call you. This way, you are assured of a fast and high-quality response.

    Our consultation will be charged a maximum of 59 CHF and will be refunded by all basic health insurance. This amount covers all our services.

A word from our medical director

During the 20 years I have dedicated to restructuring and managing emergency hospital services (CHUV, CHVR, HRC), I constantly encountered waiting times, mostly for patients who did not require hospitalization but could not find another way to receive medical care.
